CUSTOMER CARE

Knife care is the responsibility of the customer. Knives are shipped with plenty of food-grade mineral oil on the blade and the carbon steel knives also have a coating of Axe-wax, a food-grade wax. It is up to the customer to properly care for the knife.

Warrenty

Manufacture issues will be fixed free of charge, however, if the knife is abused which causes an issue, it will not be covered. I offer free sharpening for any of my knives, you will just need to cover shipping. If the knife is damaged/lost during shipping pictures will be needed of the damage, or if lost, the knife will be replaced. Knives are shipped with insurance for this reason.

Custom Knives

Custom knife orders are always welcome, however, all knives are made in Prince George, BC, Canada. As such, Canadian knife laws will be followed. No knife that Canada deems illegal will be made for any custom order. I have here posted directly from the Canada Acts and Regulations about illegal knives.

8 The device known as the “Constant Companion”, being a belt containing a blade capable of being withdrawn from the belt, with the buckle of the belt forming a handle for the blade, and any similar device.
9 Any knife commonly known as a “push-dagger” that is designed in such a fashion that the handle is placed perpendicular to the main cutting edge of the blade and any other similar device other than the aboriginal “ulu” knife.
10 Any device having a length of less than 30 cm and resembling an innocuous object but designed to conceal a knife or blade, including the device commonly known as the “knife-comb”, being a comb with the handle of the comb forming a handle for the knife, and any similar device.
